All of You Review

All of You
Christina Lee

This is how I picture Bennett

Can we all just take a minute and say how dreamy we think he is... Ahhh. I loved Bennett like really really loved Bennett. I'm pretty sure if he walked into my life, I would totally leave my husband for him because he is just AH-MAZING! The thing that makes it even better is he's a virgin... I mean c'mon there aren't that many men out there that save themselves for love anymore. So reading about one has me throwing my panties across the room.

I wasn't a huge fan of Avery, she was too moody, and I know the author had to write it like this to make the book more interesting, but I found her very whiny at times. Not my favorite lead character, but Bennett saved the book but his amazingness. We start out learning that something has happened in Avery's past, she doesn't exactly tell you what happens but you kind of know right from the get go. So one night her and her friend Ella and Rachel are at this party and that's where she meats Bennett. She's instantly attracted to him, and doesn't know why. All she does know is that she can't get him out of her head. So the next day when she's leaving for work she's surprised to see he is moving into her apartment building, and from there you can figure out how it ends by reading it. I promise it is a very quick read and you'll be doing a lot of this at the end.

 and this

 and even some of this

TEAM BENNETT!
GO BUY THE BOOK NOW! IT'S AMAZING!

Breaking Nova Review

Breaking Nova
Jessica Sorensen

I'm not going to lie I did a lot of this during this book
This book is so sad, but so good. I couldn't put it down. I loved Nova, the poor girl went through so much trauma and was still so strong. Nova never once thought about taking her life, she just wondered why he took his. I had so many feelings during this entire book. I smiled, and then I cried, and cried, and cried some more. So if you haven't read it yet I strongly suggest it.

A Graceful Mess review

A Graceful Mess
By Nacole Stayton

Ehh it was just okay.... I found that it moved super fast and just skipped from one month to the next not explaining anything that happened in between. Story had a lot of potential it just didn't own up to it. I did like the characters though. I really really liked Grace! Being as I didn't hate this book, but I didn't  love it either, this is all I have to say about it.

Not enough feels to even do a review.

Origin Review

Origin
By: Jennifer L. Armentrout
Started August 27th, 2013
Finished August 29th, 2013

This was me after I finished Origin at Three O'Clock this morning Because I don't remember Tuesday or Wednesday! I absolutely love this series. Jennifer never disappoints when it comes to Daemon and Katy aka "Kitten" Ugh.. They are seriously the perfect couple, minus all the bull-crap that they have to go through; which makes the book soooooo much better!
image
Jennifer has done it again with an ending that leaves you hanging and wishing you had the next book in hand. I literally CAN NOT WAIT until Opposition hits the stores! To bad that's not until next summer! WHY MAKE ME WAIT! HAVEN'T I WAITED ENOUGH. HAVEN'T YOU PUT ME THROUGH ENOUGH TORTURE! ;) From the beginning I was hooked. Which I knew that would happen. It always happens when I read about Daemon and Katy. The first time I read Daemons point of view I couldn't... I still can't.... God I love being in Daemons head! So this may have been what I looked like the first time I read Daemon's POV I won't tell anything more about the book, because I don't want to give it away. So i'm just going to say that you don't just read this book. You devour it, you spend any free time you have with your nose buried in this book. My husband tried several times to talk to me and this may have been what I did. So feel sorry for him... Because he didn't get to talk to me for two days.... Whoops. But now that i'm out of "Origin" land I wish I could go back. Hurry Summer of 2014

Wreck Me by J.L. Mac

Wreck Me by J.L. Mac was…. Well it was…. Okay, Okay it left me SPEECHLESS! I will admit to you that the cover is what caught my eye on this book. It was perfect. I’m still having trouble coming up with a review to give to you guys over this book…. I am literally speechless still and I read this book about a week and a half ago.
So we start out with Josephine, she lost her parents when she was little in a car crash. . The memories she has left of the car crash are a younger boy, probably about 17 pulling her out of the car, and of course seeing her dead parents in the front seat. Josephine blames him for everything, how could he be so reckless. He all but ruined her life. Left her homeless, and scared.
Flash-forward to the future, and we have Josephine at the age of 25 and working at a book store for a boss she calls Captain. Josephine hasn’t cashed her last few checks from the book store in an attempt to save it from failing miserably.
That’s when we meet Damon, and all of his sexiness. Can we say that I’m totally fan girling over him right now? He is just….ahh…. he’s just so Damon. When we meet Damon you can immediately feel the attraction between the two. They just have this undeniable chemistry.
Even though I knew what was coming, right from the beginning that didn’t stop me from reading on, I couldn’t stop from reading on. The chemistry these two have is amazing. I can’t even begin to describe to you how these two have easily reached into my heart and became my favorite book couple. All I’m saying is don’t waist anytime go out and buy this book right now. I can’t tell you how good it is, because I’m speechless remember. J

The Host Review

The Host
Stephenie Meyer

So let’s just start off by saying that at first I didn’t want to read this book. It all started about four years ago when everybody was obsessed with Twilight (me included). I was in love with those books, and to this day I still can’t figure out why. So when I finished Twilight I thought Stephenie Meyer was the best author out there. So I attempted to read her book The Host. Needless to say I barely made it into the book and just couldn’t read anymore. I was uninterested and fed up with the way she wrote things.
So now flash-forward four years to present day. I’m sitting in the movie theatre getting ready to watch Warm Bodies when the movie trailer for The Host pops up. I was literally entranced by it. I’m not sure if it was the music that went along with the trailer that did it for me, or the hot ass guy that portrays the character Jared.  Needless to say I went straight home after the movie and picked up The Host and started reading it.
We start out in some sort of hospital. There are two people talking which we come to know as A Seeker and a Healer. There working with the main characters body Melanie. Once they get the body ready they insert the host.
When Wanderer wakes up she’s confused. Confused because never has she been in a host who is so resistant. But Melanie is not going to let her body just go to waste. She has too many things to live for Jared being one of them and then the biggest one, her brother Jamie. Slowly but surely these two become friends, but first there is a lot of fighting and arguing before that.
I have to say that I loved this book. It was the perfect amount of Sci-Fi/Romance. Not only do we see Wanderer/Wanda struggle with her own feelings for Jared, but we see her struggle with Melanie being Jealous that Wanda is able to do all the things she can’t with Jared. Throw in Ian, who is hot and just an all-around great person and what we have is a mess.
I know you probably don’t want to read this book because of course it is written by Stephenie Meyer, and we all know how Twilight went; but I’m telling you give it a chance. It’s a great book, and very well written. It’s easy to fall in love with all of the characters especially Jeb.
So on my grading scale, I would give this book a 4/5 stars. It’s pretty good, and always keeps you on your toes.

Obsidian Review

Obsidian
Jennifer L. Armentrout
When seventeen-year-old Katy Swartz moved to West Virginia right before her senior year, she’d pretty much resigned herself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring, but then she spotted her hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up…until he opened his mouth. Daemon Black is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. It’s hate at first sight, but when a stranger attacks her and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something…unexpected happens. The hot guy next door? Well, he’s an alien. Turns out that Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities and Katy is caught in the crosshairs. Daemon’s touch has lit her up like the Vegas Strip and the only way she’s getting out of this alive is by sticking close to him until her alien mojo fades. That is if she doesn’t kill him first.
Review
The first question I asked myself when I finished this book was why? Why had I chosen this book to read? I never ever read books about aliens, and never have I ever wanted to. So when I read the synopsis to this book I can’t even tell you what it was that had drawn my attention to the book. Was it the hot couple on the front cover, was it because I love the way Jennifer L. Armentrout writes? Well I’ll probably never know. The one thing I do know is that I absolutely freaking loved this book.
We start out meeting Katy, she has just moved into a new town thinking that all she was going to spend her senior year in boredom. Well that’s not the case, because little does Katy know she’s in for the ride of her life, and it all starts when she meets her super hot neighbor Daemon.
Who couldn’t resist a guy that answers the door without a shirt on, especially when he has a body like Daemon’s? Well that is until he opens his mouth and it turns out his the biggest jerk on the planet.
I loved this book more than any book I’ve ever read. It’s always got your heart racing wondering what’s going to happen, and making you scared to read on. These are the kind of books that I enjoy, the ones that make it to where you can’t put it down. Ones that you would rather keep reading instead of going on with your daily life. Ones that you choose to read rather than eat. Although that may be a great way to diet, it’s not good for you haha.
So if you haven’t already read this book I suggest it! It’s well worth your time.
